Retaining and attracting talented educators is important because of the impact they have on our students. A sustainable cohort of educators will help fuel the ecosystem of our community by improving the quality of life for those who work in our schools, for the students who attend our schools, and the local businesses that rely on our school system to attract talented workers.

Explore our Research:
The success of our public schools is vital to the success of our community. At the heart of our public schools is the success of our educators. It wasn't surprising that teachers are motivated by altruistic motives or that relationships are important to them. What they desired, even more than opportunities for rewards/awards, was a voice.
